Welcome back as once again we delve into the treasures contained within the Nintendo Life Mailbox.

September's been a busy one, with more games hitting the eShop than you can shake a Deku Stick at, and a deluge of news across two Nintendo Directs in as many days. Lovely stuff.

Now, though, it's time for our monthly letters page feature. Got something you want to get off your chest? We're ready and waiting to read about your game-related ponderings.

64 Remakes
We've had Star Fox remade, albeit that was already a remake of the SNES one, and now we're getting Ocarina, so what's stopping them from remaking F-Zero. That old argument of "We don't know how to take the franchise forward." now has little merit now that 90s remakes are selling for retail. So give us some F-Zero X and/or GX/AX all in one lovely package?
Marc Allison

Yes. But Star Fox and Zelda remakes fit into Nintendo's broader plans for those series outside the games. Unless Captain Falcon has a significant role in the next Mario Movie, it's unlikely they'd give F-Zero X a glow-up over, say, Mario 64. - Ed.

It's been at least 10 years since I traded in my Gamecube and all my games. I still feel regret about it. I can't remember the exact reason, I think it may have been to get some cash so I could upgrade to the Wii. Then thinking about it, before that, I'd traded in my PlayStation to do the exact same thing, get cash to get the Gamecube. Then at some point I traded in the Wii, as well as all the games and accessories, just because I needed cash! I think about all of those scenarios to this day, and it still hurts me. I had some absolute classics that I loved and have memories of, but now can barely even remember the name of the games. Please can others confirm they've done this too, so I can at least take solace in others feeling like I do too?

Ah, regrets. I've had a few. But then again...and again, and again. Selling my Xbox 360 Elite (like you, for the cash) and sacrificing all my precious saves and Banjo builds ranks highly. Sad times.
