Silent Hill Townfall - Part 5: Richard contains a secret locker code fairly early in the chapter, and it might contain a valuable that could save you in the harder parts of your objective. If you're exploring the Clara Woods Facilities, you might come across a site cabin with "Visitors / Employee Sign In" as a sign on the wall, and inside is a locker, albeit with no code in sight.
You can only find the Clara Woods Facilities locker code yourself if you manage to turn on the power generator. Once the generator is online, the rest of the area will have power restored. However, you might have immediately gone up the elevator without exploring, and if that's the case, you'll miss the computer in the site cabin that can now be turned on to get the DONTREAD.DOC that shows you the locker code.
However, this is a completely optional locker. Inside, you won't find any secrets or collectibles, or even a requirement for a trophy/achievement. We found a First Aid Kit inside the locker, which will come in handy if you're the kind of player who takes a lot of hits. Trust me, you'll need it for the next part of your main objective, but that's all I will reveal...
