Dimensional Faults are the main quest objectives in Control Resonant that has Dylan entering a different realm to find his sister Jesse. Upon completing the fault, Dylan will be rewarded with a new platforming ability that makes exploration more manageable.
There are a total of five Dimension Faults players will encounter throughout their journey through Control Resonant, with one appearing in each zone of the game.
When you first unlock the faults quest, the game doesn't give much information on how to find them. With this guide, you'll learn how to find all Dimensional Faults in Control Resonant.
The first Dimensional Fault is encountered near the very beginning of the game, before you enter the game's open-zone map of Manhattan. It doesn't require any effort to find, as long as you follow the main quest's waypoint.
Completing the first Dimensional Fault in Control Resonant will reward you with the Rush ability. Rush is essentially this game's version of sprint, allowing you to run quicker for a specific amount of time.
The second Dimensional Fault can be found in the West Incursion Zone. Initially, this area is blocked off, but can be reached by investigating the zone from a distance at the Watchtower where Zoe is conducting her research.
After investigating, Zoe will explain that you need a security key card to access the West Incursion Zone through the security checkpoint. This security key card will be marked on your map by a yellow waypoint.
After reaching the West Incursion Zone, make your way to the west side of the zone's map to activate a vision of Jesse, creating a quest to investigate the vision.
