3-party co-op title Bombanana! is not any monkey business despite you and your buddies playing as three monkeys. After all, you three are no ordinary primates. Together, you have to defuse a bomb within the time limit, and doing that isn’t easy.
In this guide, I will help you figure out how to solve the levels and defuse the bombs.
In the full version of Bombanana!, you have 30 different levels. The tests will get harder the more you progress. You can also try out the Infinite mode, but this guide is geared towards completing the standard puzzles.
Interestingly, there’s a bit of randomness to certain levels in terms of what puzzles you will face. However, the puzzle structure will always remain the same, and so will the method to solve them.
First up, you’ll come up against a bomb with three/four cables. Each cable will have a different color. Assuming you’re the deaf one, observe the color of the bulb and call it out. Also declare the number of cables (three or four).
The mute player will need to check the module and figure out which wire to cut. Here’s a quick cheat sheet.
Occasionally, a module can show a different set of patterns. In that case, the player who is mute will have to follow what’s on their module. The basic pattern of solving the puzzle remains the same. How do you do the important task?
The deaf player will have to call out one color at a time. The player who is mute will need to nod their head accordingly. This is the easiest way for the deaf player to figure out what the correct cable is.
