007 First Light Unveils Extended Operations Free DLC - Adds New Game+, Photo Mode And Much More

Although the Switch 2 port of 007 First Light has been delayed until next year, IO Interactive is still pushing out new content for the game on other platforms.

With this mind, this week it's launched "extended operations free DLC", which comes with new missions, a photo mode, new game+, new weapons, outfits and more. When the Switch 2 version arrives in March 2027, all of this additional content should be available.

During an interview last month, IO's technical producer Cristina Vega said getting the Switch 2 port running at a stable 30fps was the "highest priority". However, there have been some compromises, but the choices made are in areas that "aren't very crucial to players", such as dropping the quality on select background assets.

When this game arrived on the PS5 earlier this year in May, our colleagues at Push Square thought this Bond origin story was a strong and confident adventure, awarding it eight out of ten stars.
