After terrorizing the local teens and causing chaos, it's time for Michael to try to slip out of Haddonfield at the end of Chapter 5 of Halloween: The Game without being caught. While the map you play on isn't a very big place to escape from, you still get to choose how Michael's story ends, and the ending depends entirely on which method of escape you use.
Escape after killing everyone in every chapter.
When you start out, you can leave through the fence and head West until you get to the street, then North. Somewhere along this path, the sewer escape will trigger.
At the sewer, there's a drain grate Michael has to remove. Hold the action button to remove it, then smash the button that appears to get him to pull it all the way off. This will trigger the end scene where he leaves his mask in the pipe and disappears.
Every time I did this ending, two officers appeared before I could pull off the grate, so you may need to be prepared for a quick fight.
If you go East after going through the fence, you'll discover a different escape route, the cornfield. There are officers along the streets on the way there that you can either Shape Jump past or kill. When you get to the field, there's a shed and fence blocking the way in and an officer standing guard outside.
Take out the officers in the area (and maybe their car if you haven't yet), and it will say Cornfield Gatehouse Door Unlocked. Since you have to do this anyway, this might be a good opportunity to get the Kill a Cop with a Pitchfork Execution challenge completed if you haven't yet. Open the door and go through the shed to trigger the scene of Michael disappearing into the fields.
This time you will make your way straight North. Getting away on the train is easier if you get your Shape Jump ability back first. You could start by taking on the police in the park by the basketball court, right in front of where you spawn.
