In the CEG Lockers, pick up Barcode (CEG Lockers) and input code 184 at Locker 75.
Automatically acquired after entering the CEG Tower.
We haven't added Planks, Pipes, Bricks, and Bottles to the table because these weapons are found pretty much everywhere while exploring.
From your starting area, head to Shore Wynd and open the white gate to find a garage door on the right.
