The Moogle Treasure Trove - The First Hunt for Astronomy has begun in Final Fantasy 14, and players can complete different duties to earn a range of coveted rewards, including the unique Uolon Horn mount item!
For a full list of all the duties that you can earn tomestones in and all the rewards you can earn, we've got a complete breakdown right here. Good luck hunting all those Tomestones; now you just have to decide what to spend them on first!
The event runs from today until October 19, 2026, at 7:59 am PDT / 14:59 GMT, so don't forget to take part.
Rewards will still be available to buy from the Itinerant Moogles after the event ends as long as you have already earned the Tomestones you need.
A new addition to this Moogle Treasure Trove event is that you can get a new mount by collecting special Uolon Horn Tokens.
Uolon Horn Tokens can be earned by completing an Ultimog challenge or Minimog challenge while the event is active. Ultimog Challenges reward ten tokens, while Minimog challenges give one token per week.
To purchase the Uolon Horn, you need 100 Irregular Tomestone of Astronomy I and ten Uolon Horn Tokens.
When the second part of the hunt takes place at a later date, the Uolon Horn and tokens will be available during then too and any tokens earned from the First Hunt will still count.
