Roronoa Zoro is one of the most powerful members of the Straw Hat Pirates and certainly a force to be reckoned with on the seas of the One Piece world. As the combatant of the Straw Hat Pirates, Zoro boasts tremendous strength, much of which is derived from his powerful Haki. In the Elbaf arc, Eiichiro Oda set Zoro on the quest to master all types of Haki. Finally, in the most recent manga chapter, Zoro has finally gained full control over Supreme King Haki and learned to coat himself in it.
In One Piece chapter 1194, released officially on September 27, 2026, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 44, Roronoa Zoro has now fully mastered Conqueror's Haki. This has given him access to a new powerful transformation, which is the fully mastered King of Hell.
Roronoa Zoro's King of Hell Three-Sword Style is a unique form that he uses in combat when facing off against stronger enemies. This transformation was first revealed to us in One Piece chapter 1033 on November 29, 2021, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 52. Back in the Wano Country arc, Zoro was first able to tap into King of Hell after allowing Enma to drain as much Haki from his body as it wanted, unregulated.
This allowed Enma to draw out all of Zoro's Haki, including Supreme King Haki, and coat all his blades in it. However, at the time, King of Hell was incomplete. This is because of Zoro's lack of control over the color of the Supreme King. All the work was being done by Enma. As such, King of Hell was a transformation that was largely dependent on Enma, and without this blade, Zoro would not be able to tap into this transformation.

At the same time, since Zoro could not control his Haki, the power output of King of Hell was rather inconsistent. It all depended on what Enma wanted to do, and Zoro had no say in how long this transformation would last. Now, however, things have finally changed, as Zoro has gained full mastery over this transformation and unlocked the Mastered King of Hell. In One Piece chapter 1193, Roronoa Zoro finally pondered over how to coat his body in the color of the Supreme King. While he attempted to cut down Saint Sommers on a couple of occasions, Zoro largely failed at accomplishing this task.
"You must need Supreme King Haki to destroy that thing [the heart]. I can supposedly do that, but how do I infuse it? If I just run him through the heart, that won't be the end of him. Now, in One Piece chapter 1194, released officially on September 27, 2026, Roronoa Zoro has finally mastered control over Conqueror's Haki Infusion. By thinking back to his time with Mihawk, Zoro figured out that Conqueror's Haki is an extension of his own self. Thanks to the advice given to him by Mihawk long ago, he has now gained full mastery over the Color of the Supreme King. In other words, Zoro can now coat all his blades in this Haki and fully control how much Haki output he wants. This new transformation pushes Zoro to a completely new level of power, and it is essentially the mastered form of what we saw in the Wano Country arc.
