After being announced for just about every other system, we had our fingers crossed that Persona 4 Revival might be making its way to Switch 2 too, and what do you know, it is!
This one will come our way on 20th May 2027 — a few months later than the PS5 release, but what can you do?
For those unfamiliar with the base game, we've included an official bit of blurb below. But rest assured, this looks to be your full-fat Persona experience, complete with school drama, cracking tunes, and just a bit of murder.
In Persona 4 Revival, legend has it that a mysterious broadcast known as the "Midnight Channel" appears only on rainy nights. The day after it airs, a corpse is found in Inaba, a quiet and peaceful town in rural Japan suddenly thrown into turmoil. To uncover the truth behind these chilling mysteries, you and your friends form an investigation team to unravel the secrets of the Midnight Channel and the bizarre murders. As your adventure unfolds, you face off against "Shadows," eerie manifestations of individuals' darker selves. Together, you awaken a hidden power called "Persona" and embark on a journey to prevent more tragedies while uncovering the truth behind the chaos.
But that's not all from Atlus, as the studio followed the Revival announcement with a Persona 6 tease, confirming that it'll also be coming to Switch 2!
We don't know all that much about the title for the time being, nor does it have a release date, but the following trailer and brief summary have done enough to get us fittingly excited.
Persona 6 brings everything beloved about the series into a bold new story. The signature blend of heartfelt daily life and pulse-pounding supernatural adventure returns, wrapped around a completely fresh, standalone story and new cast of characters!
Will you be checking out Persona 4 and 6 on Switch 2? Let us know in the comments.
