If you hope to 100 percent complete Silent Hill: Townfall, there are 36 achievements/trophies you'll need to unlock, not including the platinum trophy exclusive to PlayStation. A small section of the achievements is tied to the game's story and will unlock automatically as long as you complete the game, but most will require thorough searching.
Since several achievements are also tied to the game's multiple endings, including those exclusive to New Game+, finding all the game's documents, and beating the game in under four hours, completionists should expect to play through Townfall at least 2–3 times, if not more.
