MAGES. has announced Seeker Eye, a new “non-science” occult suspense visual novel from the staff behind the Science Adventure series. It will launch for PlayStation 5 and Switch this winter in Japan.
Where these creators previously depicted the mysteries of the world through “logic and science,” this time they will explore the realm of supernatural phenomena that cannot be explained by science.
The story is set in motion by “The Red Roof House,” a ghost story that has been available on the MAGES. Horror Channel on YouTube since 2024. Players in the real world who read the story themselves become “infected by the supernatural,” and what begins as a “ghost story” experienced as entertainment through a screen ends up involving not only the characters in the story, but the player as well.
