Ocarina of Time remake price leaked ahead Zelda anniversary reveal

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake is one of Nintendo’s most highly anticipated upcoming releases, and the company may have just leaked the price.

When it was originally announced during the Nintendo Direct back in June, fans were unbelievably hyped for its release (aside from one already working on creating the remake), bringing one of the franchise’s most iconic adventures back to the screen.

Given that approaching release date and the The Legend of Zelda 40th anniversary Nintendo Direct on September 8 that likely showcases more on the remake, a price is something many fans have been calling for, so they can save up or know if it’s worth it.

Well, they finally have what they want, as Nintendo appears to have accidentally leaked the price, and it’s considerably cheaper than some new exclusives.

Ahead of The Legend of Zelda 40th anniversary Nintendo Direct, Nintendo’s Australian store has reportedly listed The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake at AU$94.95, so around $60, or £50.

This is certainly in line with Nintendo’s recent pricing, coming in at a lot cheaper than recent releases of Pokemon Pokopia and Donkey Kong Bananza, which came in at $70, and considerably cheaper than Mario Kart, which cost $80 when it released alongside the Nintendo Switch 2.

Instead, it comes in at a little more than games like Star Fox, likely because the Zelda adventure is a remake, which typically sells for cheaper, like Elder Scrolls’ Oblivion remake ($50 on the Nintendo Store).
