Linko is a playable Anima character in NTE. She mainly functions as a Sub-DPS who helps the team deal more DMG while dealing off-field DMG herself. The best way to build Linko is by giving her the Voice of the Voyager Arc and the Fireflies and the Forest Cartridge set. They both build her Crit Rate and DMG to make her a deadly off-field DMG dealer. In this guide, I'll provide the best NTE Linko build and help F2P players find F2P replacements.
Increases the wearer's Support Skill Crit DMG by 66/82.5/99/115.5/132%. Dealing DMG with a Support Skill increases their Ultimate Crit DMG by 22/27.5/33/38.5/44% for 3s, up to 3 stacks. Resets the duration when triggered again.
Voice of the Voyager is the best Arc for Linko in NTE because it's her signature Arc. That means Voice of the Voyager increases every stat Linko needs to deal DMG on and off-field. The Arc has a high Base ATK and grants Linko 24% Crit Rate and ATK%. After that, Voice of the Voyager goes into the specifics and increases Linko's Support and Ultimate Crit DMG by a whopping 66%. This should make Linko a very useful and hard-hitting Sub-DPS during combat.
Unfortunately, building Linko with any other Arc greatly reduces the DPS she gets from Voice of the Voyager. If you're pulling for Linko, you need to consider getting her Arc, or she won't perform as intended. She can still be a useful support because of her elemental shredding passive, but she won't be as good as when she has her signature Arc.
