After dealing with Mr. Stewart, Zoe must make her way to the St. Amelia Medical Center. Unfortunately, this location is locked and surrounded by terrifying and deadly monsters. Head to the St. Amelia Medical Center and interact with the note on the booth outside the locked gate. You need this note to learn the phone number: 496 0556. Just remember to be patient and bring bottles, as there are monsters lurking around this area, so try to lure them away while you grab the note.
With the phone number acquired, head back across the street to locate the phone booth at the intersection of Station Road and Commercial Road. Once you're inside the phone booth, enter the number 4960556 and hit "OK" to call Dr. Glenn. You will then be asked questions, and you can answer with the keypad:
Answering in the order shown above will enter you into a cutscene, where the gates to the St. Amelia Medical Center will now open. This will also change the time from day to night, and there will be more monsters lurking around. To navigate around them, stick to the right path and then make a dash for the gate.
Once you are past the gates, head to the left path where you will find a small white door you can unlock. Keep walking on the linear path where you will eventually come across a car park with monsters. Distract the monster with a brick or bottle (there's one in the garbage area) and then open the shutter doors on the left.
Now that you're safely inside the building, head into the lone room where you can interact with the console panel to open the next gate. Now, just navigate past the two monsters wandering the area, and you can immediately interact with the door to Accident & Emergency to reach the next cutscene.
