Konami has announced PROJECT ZIRCON, a dark fantasy roguelike deckbuilding card game coming to PC via Steam. A release date was not announced.

PROJECT ZIRCON is a deckbuilding roguelike card game. As the ruler of a nation, recruit powerful Character Cards and construct Facilities to expand and strengthen your nation. Build a new strategy every run to save the world from the resurrected Calamity Dragon of the Abyss.
A Brand-New Dark Fantasy x Deckbuilding Roguelike
In a world threatened by the return of the Calamity Dragon of the Abyss, you take on the role of a nation’s ruler and fight to ensure your nation’s survival.
Throughout the game, you must reach each year’s required goal. Fail to do so, and the world will be consumed by the Calamity Dragon of the Abyss.
The game is played over five in-game years.
One year consists of an Admin Phase and a Strategy Phase. As the seasons advance, your nation must meet the required target each year in order to survive.
