The Ironclad Democracy Warbond in Helldivers 2 adds a selection futuristic weapons and gadgets to the game, including a tanker-inspired armor set and a couple of tank-exclusive skins as well. While its offerings may not be as amazing as some other Warbonds, Ironclad Democracy still offers a good selection of new toys to play with, and if you want to know more about this Helldivers 2 pack before spending your hard-earned Super Credits, here's a preview of every item Ironclad Democracy has to offer, as well as some of our personal insights in each of its items.
The AR-11 Arbitrator is my favorite part of the Ironclad Democracy Warbond so far. It fires at a blistering 1200 RPM, dealing 70 light-penetrating damage per bullet while also coming with a medium-pen underbarrel shotgun for emergencies. The Arbitrator's shotgun in particular is extremely useful, allowing you to bring utility secondaries like the Ultimatum without missing out on a ballistic backup weapon.
The G-8 Immolation grenade is an interesting twist to the existing incendiary grenades in the arsenal. Instead of making a big boom like the others, the Immolation grenade's only job is to cover a large area with a blanket of flames, making it an excellent throwable for plugging enemy reinforcement drops. It competes with the Gas Grenade and, to a certain degree, the Orbital Gas Strike and Eagle Napalm Strike Stratagems.
Unfortunately, I haven't yet tried the other Ironclad Democracy weapons as of writing this guide, but they do seem promising. Admittedly, they're not the most exciting additions to Helldivers 2, but they're valid alternatives to things like the Eruptor/Crossbow, Seeker Grenade, and Missile Pistol.
Ironclad Democracy is a B-tier Warbond, at best. It's not amazing, but it gets the job done regardless. If you're looking to spend your Super Credits on something more worthwhile, then there are definitely other Warbonds to consider first.

While not amazing, Blunt-Force Mitigation is a solid armor choice for players who want to increase their survivability a little bit. It's especially valuable against Automatons thanks to the knockdown resistance, and the damage reduction against impacts and collisions is quite useful for FRV drivers.
It's worth pointing out that the BFM-16 light armor gets a slightly higher armor rating than most other light armor suits in the game thanks to the Blunt-Force Mitigation armor passive. It doesn't quite get you to the same level as medium armor sets (75 vs 100), but the extra protection is welcome nonetheless. If you're looking for a light armor suit that gives 100 Armor as well as all the other benefits that the armor class provides, get the B-08 Light Gunner suit from the Superstore.
