After finding the three Mechanical Parts and opening the Atlas gate, you'll be able to enter the CEG Tower. However, this ground floor is fairly small, and there seems to be only one point of interest: the Security room. With a keypad in sight but no code, you might want to know what the code is before you (and Simon) lose your minds figuring it out, so the solution can be found right here.
You can find your only clue to the code by entering the Maintenance room, where you will find the number 4 followed by arrows. These arrows are guiding you to the next number on the keypad, but you might get confused by the arrows, especially since you might think that they're pointing at a number not right next to the 4.
Inside the Security Room, you'll find the phone that can be used to save your game. You'll also find two computers, one of which has more documents, and the other has the software you need to get a Keycard to access the elevator to the 10th floor, but we'll cover that in a separate guide.
