Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Team Ninja have announced the release date for their next big action RPG, Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember.
The game was officially revealed just a few months ago, and it's now slated for launch on PS5 on 4th March, 2027.
The news comes alongside a new trailer, which you can watch below:
Yep, that looks like a Team Ninja action game, alright.
The trailer ends with more news; a playable "alpha" demo is now available. Weighing in at just under 40 GB, the demo can be found on PS Store, and it means you can check the game out roughly six months in advance of release.
The demo won't be around forever, though. In fact, you only have between now and 30th September at 14:59 UTC to play it, after which it'll be taken offline.
The alpha demo is only playable with an online connection, but you won't need a PS Plus subscription.
Those who complete the demo will be rewarded with an in-game item, the Fledgling Phoenix Helmet, usable in the full game.
