In the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise, being a Jujutsu Sorcerer doesn't automatically make a character a good guy, as many humans able to harness Cursed Energy have often committed incredible acts of evil. However, generally speaking, the main villains of the series can usually be assumed to be the Cursed Spirits.
Born from the negative energy and fear that humans have towards a certain thing, these monsters range from insignificant to powerful enough to destroy any Jujutsu Sorcerer not named Sukuna or Gojo. Deciding which is the most powerful isn't the simplest task given their respective abilities, but many viewers share similar opinions about which comes out on top.
Throughout the series, there have been a ton of Cursed Spirits who have manifested themselves as antagonists in the series, and these have ranged from small and simple to Special Grade. However, unfortunately, these particular Spirits have either never been seen in a proper battle or their screen time has been so insignificant that they can't be listed properly.
On the other hand, others, such as Geto's Rainbow Dragon or Tamamo-no-Mae, were shown for a very brief time and were defeated quite early on despite having their abilities known. Because of this, a full breakdown of them and their abilities can't exactly be given. Due to this, the miscellaneous Cursed Spirits rank as such:
Despite being one of the physically weakest Cursed Spirits in the story, the Inventory Curse is one of the most important Cursed Spirits in the entire franchise. This is because of its unique ability to store virtually unlimited objects within itself, which then also masks their Cursed Energy, making them largely invisible to the outside world.
This was the worm-like Cursed Spirit wrapped around Toji during the events of the Hidden Inventory arc, which he used to store legendary weapons like the Inverted Spear of Heaven and the Split Soul Katana, both of which were essential in defeating Gojo and Geto in their teenage years. Because of this, the Inventory Curse is one of the most important ever.

Very early on in the Shibuya Incident Arc, fans were introduced to Ko-Guy. Categorized as a Grade 2 Cursed Spirit, this monster was actually quite formidable as a fighter, as he showed a surprising amount of skill and control in hand-to-hand combat against Yuji. This is why he was chosen to guard some part of the curtain over Shibuya.
