The doors to Finance, Public Relations, Human Resources, and the Media Department will remain locked until you get the Access Card Level 3 & 4. As such, your main objective from inside the CEG HQ in Part 5: Richard will be to climb from Floor 2 to Floor 5 so that you can find the Access Card and use it to open the previously locked doors, which will help you in your escape. Below, we'll share where to go and how to get the Access card Level 3 & 4 so you can access these rooms without encountering too many deadly Widows.
To get the Access Card that opens Finance and Public Relations on Floor 3 and Human Resources and the Media Department on Floor 4, you need the Access Card Level 3 & 4. This Access Card is found in the Boardroom on the 5th Floor.
Reaching the 5th Floor is rather simple, as most of the doors on Floor 3 and Floor 4 will be locked. Your main goal should be picking up Shotgun Ammo from the dead Richards, using it on Widows that block your path, and navigating to the stairs by the elevators to climb.
Floor 5 is very spacious, and there will be no enemies up here, so just enter the Boardroom, and you will be able to pick up the Access Card from the table just next to the phone that you can use to save the game.
The Access Card is essential for progression, as you'll need it to access Finance and Public Relations on Floor 3 and Human Resources and the Media Department on Floor 4, which are rooms that contain the next key part of the puzzle: the Projector Bulb and the Projector Lens.
