Survival climbing adventure game Cairn‘s free downloadable content “On the Trail: Deep Water” will launch on October 29, developer The Game Bakers announced.

“On the Trail: Deep Water” is the first of a series of free downloadable content bringing Cairn climbers with new climbing locations and fresh challenges as they follow the trail of a legendary climber. The downloadable content brings three new climbing areas, and introduces water soloing: players can now climb over water, without the consequences of plummeting to their death! Marco won’t be cheering from the sideline anymore, players can now climb with him or Aava.
Cairn is available now for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. A Switch 2 version is due out in early 2027.
