Aniimo EXP increases the level of your individual Aniimo, while Pathfinder EXP contributes to your own character's progression. In Aniimo, you have a main EXP bar, which represents your Pathfinder level, and then you have independent EXP bars for every Aniimo you have. The higher your Pathfinder Level is, the stronger your Aniimo can become. It works like this:

Events are technically time-sensitive, so every new opportunity to gain extra EXP should be taken as a top priority.
