Yamcha has been part of the Dragon Ball franchise since the beginning. He may not be the strongest Z Fighter, but he's helped to protect the Earth multiple times. Most Dragon Ball fans view Yamcha as a comically weak character, but he is a skilled martial artist with superhuman physical abilities, and he can produce Ki blasts. As a result, several notable anime villains wouldn't stand a chance against him in a one-on-one fight.
These anime villains possess immense durability in their respective universes, and many have immense physical abilities. One villain can destroy entire cities, while another can take down a small country on his own. As weak as Yamcha may seem in Dragon Ball, he could potentially destroy most of these anime villains with simple punches and kicks while vaporizing tougher opponents with his Ki.
As one of the Donquixote Pirates' top three officers, Pica was a major villain in One Piece's Dressrosa Arc. Pica's Armament Haki is fairly advanced, to the point that he can coat his entire body in it. Thanks to the Stone-Stone Fruit, Pica can merge with any type of stone and manipulate it. As a result, Pica can shift the geography of the battlefield in his favor or morph into a mountain-sized stone golem.
Yamcha's superhuman strength would break through Pica's Armament Haki as if it were not even there. Pica is surprisingly fast, but Yamcha is fast enough to dodge any punch that the pirate throws his way. If Pica assumes his Golem form, Yamcha could chip away at it with Spirit Ball attacks. Many Dragon Ball fans forget that Yamcha can use the Kamehameha, which would vaporize Pica's stone body.
Muscular is a Villain who was once associated with the League of Villains, and he earned a reputation for being sadistic, brutal, and bloodthirsty. His Muscle Augmentation ability may not be one of My Hero Academia's God-tier Quirks, but it made him an extremely dangerous melee fighter. Muscular can amplify and manipulate his muscle layers until he gains near-superhuman strength, speed, and durability.
Most Pro Heroes cannot hurt Muscular because his muscles make him immune to most blunt force damage. That said, Izuku Midoriya proved that superhuman punches can break through Muscular's muscle armor. Yamcha's punches and kicks could pummel Muscular's body as if it were made of Jell-O. His Wolf Fang Fist attack would tear into Muscular and potentially one-shot him.
Tesra was the 50th Arrancar in Aizen's army and served as Nnoitra Gilga's only Fraccion. Like most Fraccion, Tesra's spiritual energy was comparable to a Soul Reaper Lieutenant, and his Cero blasts were strong enough to destroy entire buildings. When Tesra releases his Resurreccion, he transforms into a large, bipedal warthog-like creature, and his strength significantly increases.
