In Chapter 2 of Halloween: The Game, you'll run across a group of teenagers hanging out in a graveyard, playing with a board to speak with spirits. Now that you've fully transformed into Michael Myers' evil form and taken out Eric at the hardware store, teen Rachel is your next big target, but taking them all out offers a challenge reward. This is the order we recommend.
In the graveyard East of the store, you'll run into a cutscene of Rachel and her friends using a board to communicate with spirits. Her friend, Slab, throws the sage, and Rachel demands he go get it. He agrees and says he only does because he needs to pee.
At this point, all the teens start to spread out, her other two friends going home. If you do this in the right order, you can get a few challenges completed in one swoop.
Challenge 3 is to grab and execute Slab while he's peeing. In order to do that, you'll have to go after him first, avoiding Rachel and the other two friends as they're leaving. He and Rachel can go the same direction. Depending on your timing, Rachel will go further ahead to start smoking.
Go across the graveyard to the right and wait for Slab to come down the road through the cemetery and stop at a tree across from a streetlight. You can use Shape Jump to stay more hidden until Slab and Rachel are in place. Hide behind trees and bushes to start your stalk. Once you see Slab start to pee on a tree, make your move toward him carefully. After you grab him, do a quick execution behind the tree to make sure Rachel doesn't see you.
Use Killer Sense to stalk Slab before you grab him. If your grab is unsuccessful the first time while he's peeing, you won't complete the challenge. Level 2 is good enough. Level 3 may mean you're less likely to catch him before he's finished.
Now that you've taken care of Slab, you can move on to Rachel, who should still be smoking, standing in a puddle on the road through the cemetery.
Depending on your timing, she could also be over by the board waiting for Slab to come back. Use your Killer Sense to get stalk to level 2 and hurry to grab her for added surprise points. Instead of using execute to kill her, look for the red diamonds with the skulls inside to do an Environmental Kill.
