The West Incursion Zone Resonant is one of the major bosses in Control Resonant that players will encounter inside the Theater. The area is filled with shifting landscapes and twisting roads, so heading to the boss arena is a challenge in itself. So, make sure to first complete the Incursion Fault quest to get the Shift ability before heading towards the theater. So, here's a complete guide to help players reach the West Incursion Zone Resonant boss in Control Resonant.
Once you keep following the quest marker for the West Incursion Zone Resonant in Control Resonant, you'll come across a large chasm with the road nowhere to be seen. If you don't have the Shift ability, you'll need to rely on shifting platforms to cross the chasm.
However, if you have the Shift unlocked, you'll need to hop onto the rooftop to the right. Next, you'll need to double jump and immediately use Shift to align yourself to the upside-down rooftop.
Now, you'll need to use Elevate to cross the gap between the buildings and climb up using the scaffold. Once you're on the rooftop, you'll need to chain Elevate with Air Dashes to get across the gap and climb up the building on the other side.
Now, you'll spot a crashed van on the vertical road. You'll need to use the Shift ability to align Dylan to the vertical road and make your way towards the checkpoint beacon in the distance.
After reaching the checkpoint beacon, use the Shift ability again on the wall to the right of suspended Hiss enemies to switch Dylan's perspective to 180 degrees.
Doing this will allow you to spot the subway leading to the theater in the distance. So, make your way over the rooftops and reach the subway.
After exiting the subway, you'll need to use one of the cars or shops on the road to double jump and touch the road overhead. As soon as Dylan touches the road above, use Shift to immediately shift perspective to 180 degrees again. Walk to the intersection ahead, and you'll be able to activate a fast travel door here. Once you're done, head up the vertical road with blood splattered on it.
