Goku is one of the most powerful anime characters of all time, and he only grows stronger with every new Dragon Ball series. By the end of Dragon Ball Super 2, Goku will be more powerful than the most dangerous Gods in the multiverse. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Goku's live-action counterparts.
While there aren't many, live-action Gokus aren't known for their strength. The live-action versions of Goku are surprisingly weak, especially compared to Goku in the Dragon Ball Super manga nowadays. The strongest live-action Gokus aren't even making it past early Dragon Ball Z, at least not without some serious help.
Dragon Ball: The Magic Begins is perhaps the most well known live-action movie in the series other than Dragonball Evolution. It wasn't unusual to find it playing on TV every now and then in the early 2000s, but Dragon Ball Z fans expecting something similar to the anime were left sorely disappointed. The Magic Begins is an adaptation of the original Dragon Ball's first saga, but taking cues from the first movie, Curse of the Blood Rubies.
Due to budget issues and just the realistic limitations of translating Dragon Ball to a live-action format in 1991, the film does not look great and Monkey Boy (the movie's version of Goku) ist just your basic martial artist with heightened senses. He can hold himsel fin a fight, but might honestly even lose to someone like Mr. Satan from the main timeline.
Dragon Ball: Fight for Victory, Son Goku! is a South Korean Dragon Ball film and the series' first live-action movie, beating The Magic Begins to the punch by about one year. Like The Magic Begins, Fight for Victory, Son Goku! is an adaptation of the Hunt for the Dragon Balls Saga, but sticking much closer to the manga's version of the story.
Son Ogong can pull off just about anything Kid Goku can pull off in the Pilaf Saga within reason. He won't be punching Yamcha into the frame of the shot, but he can perform a Kamehameha (something Monkey Boy never even learned). That said, Son Ogong comes off less impressive since Oolong is actually a major character in the movie and even helps Goku defeat Pilaf in the end (though, to be fair, Oolong does save the day in the original story).
Si Mario at si Goku, also (misleadingly) called Super Mario VS Son Goku, is an utterly bizarre Filipino movie that combines Dragon Ball, Super Mario Bros., and Dracula together into a cinematic monstrosity unlike any other. The film can be found online, but only in low quality. Si Mario at si Goku is basically an Isekai anime about a man named Mario/Maryo who is sent to a fantasy world combining several different series together.
