Ever since the anime debuted in 2015, One Punch Man has made a massive splash in the industry. Of course, the series gained traction early on due to the incredible art and jaw-dropping moments in the manga, but it wasn't until the anime itself that the entire world began to talk about it, particularly regarding power-scaling the main character, Saitama.
As fans of the series know, Saitama is the most powerful known being in the entire One Punch Man series, and his overwhelming strength allows him to defeat most of his opponents with a single punch, hence the name. However, as impossibly powerful as Saitama is, there are very few characters who have either matched him or are close to him in power.
One of the highlights of the Monster Association arc was Blast's debut, where he showed his immense power. However, more interestingly, his disappearance from the series was explained when he revealed the truth about the God Cubes and told about his years-long journey to find them in the fight against God.
Here, a mysterious intergalactic team was revealed, all of whom were, at least, implied to be on Blast's own level. Of course, this is highly speculative, but seeing as how there is a member of Boros' race and many other imposing figures, this shows a team even above the S-Class who may house a fighter close to Saitama's level.
While this is sure to upset some fans, it can't be denied that Empty Void definitely had the power to pose a serious threat to Saitama. Known as Blast's partner and equal in strength, this legendary ninja eventually made communion with the mysterious entity known as God in exchange for an incredible amount of power.
Although this led to his defeat at the hands of Blast, he actually hid until the time was right to strike, which came at the end of Saitama and Garou's fight. Upon appearing and absorbing all the cosmic radiation and power that was leaking from Garou, Void inherited it, using which he was able to transcend dimensions and was made even stronger than Blast. This version of the foe would have been an equal to Monster Association-era Saitama, but to the modern one, he was just fodder.

Blast made his long-awaited debut in the Monster Association arc, where he more than proved that he deserved to be the highest-ranked hero in the setting, as his feats of speed, strength, and special powers were some of the greatest ever due to his ability to manipulate gravity, create portals, and utilize the power of cosmic bodies.
