The Party Won't Stop is one of the side quests in Control Resonant that will require Dylan to sing the correct karaoke lyrics into an Altered karaoke machine. Don't be fooled by the goofy nature of the mission, as picking the wrong lyric means killing off one of the partygoers. You'll need to pick the correct lyrics to save all the partygoers in The Party Won't Stop quest to unlock the "Be What You Want to Be" trophy/achievement in Control Resonant.
To start The Party Won't Stop quest in Control Resonant, players will need to travel to the western part of the West Incursion Zone (at the location I've marked above). You'll come across an apartment building, but the door will be locked. There's a body next to the door that you can report to Zoe via radio.
It's recommended that players unlock either the Shift or Reach ability before attempting this mission, which will help in getting inside the apartment complex.
To get inside the building, you'll need to head towards the road directly opposite the apartment building and use either the Shift or Reach ability to reach its top. Keep following the road till you come across a construction site to your right. Head inside the construction site and take a right while avoiding enemies.
Now, you'll be able to jump and use the Elevate ability to get to the rooftop of the apartment building. There are a few more bodies here that you can report to Zoe; otherwise, just enter through the doorway to head inside.
Descend a few flights of stairs till you eventually spot a doorway to your left with a neon purple glow. This is the apartment where you'll need to complete The Party Won't Stop quest in Control Resonant.
After heading inside, people are dancing and seemingly can't stop even if they want to. To save them, you'll need to interact with the Altered Karaoke machine and choose the correct lyrics that rhyme with the lyrics of the song.
