Now and again, we hear of games that have been announced for every other platform aside from Xbox, and it's usually followed by a lot of disgruntlement from Xbox fans that their favourite systems are being overlooked.
New action RPG DAWNGAZER is seemingly the latest example of this, as even though it was announced for PS5, Switch 2 and PC just a few days ago, an Xbox version has suddenly been added into the mix as well.
They say this is "thanks to your many requests", so clearly the Xbox demand has worked on this occasion:
If you're wondering why you should care about this random game, it's because the studio creating it is led by Takafumi Noma - best known for directing the fantastic Unicorn Overlord a few years ago.
We're still a ways off from the release date for DAWNGAZER though, with 2028 pencilled in as a launch window. At least we know we'll definitely be able to play it on Xbox consoles when it arrives, and it's certainly going on our wishlist.
In the meantime, can you think of any other examples where developers have reacted to demand for an Xbox release in this way? It's refreshing to see, and not something that's very common at all!
