Silent Hill Townfall - Part 3: The Patient requires Zoe to tend to the patient in critical condition, which involves a complex process of measuring vitals, taking X-ray scans, finding the correct dosages, and more. Since each step can be incredibly complicated, this guide will navigate you through the entire section so you can follow along step-by-step to understand how the puzzle works from start to finish.
Make sure you collect the St. Amelia Medical Center Map from the wall!
To begin, you're going to need to use the intercom on the wall to the right of the patient. This will put you in communication with Dr. Glenn, who will ask you about the patient's vitals:
Once all the readings have been completed, you can access the X-Ray room with the door code: 7103. Inside, you'll find the X-ray machine and a computer terminal. To begin, turn on the computer by clicking the switch underneath the monitor. Then, interact with the Zeimann machine and flick the power switch down so it comes online.
Now, navigate to the Zeimann machine and interact with the dials so that they have the following readings:
With these readings now active, interact with the computer and use the left stick to bring the camera up to the patient's head, then use the right stick to zoom in on the face until it reads: Patient Skull - Aligned. (The four square outlines in each corner should be vaguely aligned with the white squares).
You can now return to the Zeimann machine and press the green X-ray button. This will unlock new dialogue with Dr. Glenn, and it's now time to get the Chest X-ray.
It's time to get an X-ray of the chest area, so return to the Zeimann machine and input the following readings:
