Square Enix is giving the Final Fantasy series the HD-2D treatment this October. Previews (and a demo) have now gone live for Resonance and so we've put together this round up to give you a better idea of what to expect.
Starting with our own hands on, we've enjoyed what we've encountered so far, but are wondering if there are any surprises in store:
"I kept waiting for that big 'something new', something that would make Resonance feel not just like a retread of Final Fantasy's best bits and push the series somewhere interesting. I didn't find that here, though considering that I only saw a very small slice of it, that's hardly surprising."
