One of Capcom’s 2026 Tokyo Game Show reveals ended up being the new boss Jet Man for Mega Man Dual Override. He came up during a stage show presentation held during the event. There are also a number of new screenshots showing off the character and weapon tied to him.
The presentation offered a quick teaser for Jet Man that showed Proto Man reaching this new boss. It involved the player character being on a brief platform while the foe flew overhead accompanied by four additional aircraft. It looks like that enemy will largely remain airborne, sending off missiles and planes to attack. Meanwhile, the Jet Man Jet Stinger Special Weapon seems like it’ll be good for both rushing enemies and perhaps getting over gaps.

Jet Man turned out to be the second boss shared for Mega Man Dual Override, as the first was Twinkle Girl. She showed up back in August 2026. That character also apparently appeared in the TGS 2026 demo and trial that Capcom brought to its first US pop-up store in LA.
Mega Man: Dual Override is in development for the Switch, Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC and will appear in 2027. There will also be Mega Man and Proto Man amiibo.
