After taking down Ambrus, Bakir should be next on your list of Brencis' court members. His tasks in The Blood of Dawnwalker aren't necessarily any more difficult than Ambrus', and you may have even completed a few already.
However, you should be prepared for his boss fight, as it's considerably more difficult. As with Ambrus, you don't need to complete every task here to raise Bakir's anger level, so keep chipping away at it until you're prompted to meet with Frakas.
Keep in mind that while you don't have to complete everything before facing Bakir, the remaining tasks can still help raise your overall infamy, even after Bakir is dead. Additionally, you can technically finish the game without facing Bakir beforehand. However, he will appear in Brencis' castle if you don't deal with him beforehand.
You should be around level 20 before you begin tackling Bakir's quests, as they are much more difficult than Ambrus' quests and so is the following boss fight.
For this activity, you need to defeat Bakir's soldiers who are seeking out the Manumits.
