As a DPS, Blackbird relies on her DMG after casting her Ultimate, preferably in Stain teams. As a support, Blackbird relies on buffing her team through her Ultimate and her Stain and Nova enhancements. Here are the best teams for Blackbird in NTE:
Lacrimosa is the best character to include in any Blackbird team because she's one of the fastest characters to trigger Nova with Blackbird. The pair can endlessly trigger Nova and rotate between their DMG to build up Blackbird's Nova enhancement passive, which records DMG after inflicting Nova on enemies. Since both Blackbird and Lacrimosa are strong on their own, it's only fair to team them with another powerful pair that can further elevate the power of Blackbird's Nova.

The idea here is to build Scorch and Discord for both Lacrimosa and Zankou, Hexed for Linko and Zankou, and Nova to deal massive DMG alongside recording all the huge incoming DMG during the next five seconds. The first burst of DMG starts when you switch to Lacrimosa, who'll trigger Discord and deal massive DMG because of her Discord passive enhancement. Then, using her Skill and Ultimate will add to that burst DMG. Linko also deals a massive amount of DMG in a short window, leaving the field for Zankou, who'll benefit from all the debuffs on enemies while Blackbird's Nova is still recording.
Nova is an Esper Cycle that can deal an insane amount of DMG every five seconds, and Blackbird can buff it to deal even more DMG. So, you can actually build an entire team around this one reaction. All you have to do is include the characters that enhance Nova. This team heavily relies on rotating between Blackbird and Lacrimosa to trigger Nova on every switch. It's important to wait at least five seconds between each Nova reaction to give enough time for each Esper Cycle to trigger its DMG.
Blackbird needs to be on a DPS build in this team since she needs to carry the team's DMG whenever Lacrimosa's Skill and Ultimate are on cooldown. The team won't lose a buffer, as Haniel is going to operate as one and use the Speedy Hedgehog Cartridge set. Additionally, Fadia will allow her party to drain from the enemy's max HP while Haniel increases her team's ATK. They don't even need to be on the field to enhance the Nova Esper Cycles, but quickly rotating them in to cast their Skills and Ultimates is still very useful.
You can build this Blackbird Chaos team to enhance their Stain and Remora Esper Cycles in NTE. Blackbird can instantly fill her Esper gauge and trigger Stain with Chaos, while Esper Zero can do exactly the same. This means it's effortless to trigger both Stain and Remora Esper Cycles in this team. The idea here is to buff Remora with both Chaos and Hathor, allowing each reaction to deal massive DMG, then further enhance it with Chaos and Blackbird's Stain reaction. After triggering both Stain and Remora, keep Chaos on the field and start dealing DMG, making the most of the Stain effect that increases the Lakshana DMG enemies take during combat.
