Whilst it's certainly still the middle of September, that's not stopping us from looking forward at what's on the cards for October 2026's Xbox Game Pass lineup. As it stands, next month is absolutely stacked, with the likes of Gears of War: E-Day and Valor Mortis propped up as October's biggest players.
We already know of seven games headed to XGP in October, but it's been revealed that an eight game is confirmed to be on the way to the service.
Chained Beasts from Featherweight Games is our latest addition. Scheduled to launch as a day one release on October 15, the game is a co-op gladiator roguelike where you must battle foes whilst shackled and chained to your friends and other silly contraptions. From what I've gathered, the game looks like a mix of bloody combat, goofy mishaps, and a bit of fun with friends.

Chained Beasts is a 1-4 player co-op gladiator roguelike. Fight chaotic battles chained to your friends. Use your chains or the arena to beat up foes in creative ways and win over the bloodthirsty crowd. Endure physical and mental injuries to defeat fearsome bosses and survive the day.
