Bandai Namco subsidiary D3 Publisher has announced a The Idolmaster SideM game for Switch 2 and Switch.
The “idol production and scheduling adventure” game will put players in the role of a producer who produces the 49 idols across the 16 units of 315 Production. Unlike the main The Idolmaster series, where players produce female idols, SideM has players produce male idols.
The game will feature an original storyline set in the same world as The Idolmaster SideM, depicting the 49 idols as they pursue their individual goals, while working toward a major concert performance scheduled for one year in the future, with a volume of content expected of a console game.
