When you first enter Zoe's House, you'll notice that the power's out, and no power means you can't access the computer in the living room to go through her emails to find the code to the Human Organ Box! If you want to turn on the power in Zoe's House in Silent Hill Townfall, you're going to need the Electricard at the newsagent, and we'll show you exactly where to get the Electricard and how you can use it to restore power!
Directly opposite Zoe's House, you will find the entrance to "The Mariner". Walk through and take a right, where you will encounter your first enemy. As you don't have a weapon yet, I'd recommend staying crouched and behind cover, as you need to enter the fire exit door to Peter's Newsagent.
Once you're inside, enter the first room on the left, and you can go behind the counter to open the cash register and get the Prepaid Power Card. Behind the cash register on a shelf is a Wooden Board, which acts as your first weapon. You can either beat the enemy to death or ignore it and unlock the front door to the newsagents and return to Zoe's House!
With the Electricard acquired, return to Zoe's House and use your Flashlight (R3) to crouch and enter the power room that's just under the stairs. From here, follow these instructions:
