There are a few main ways that players can execute in Halloween: The Game, all of which can be performed the same way. To execute, first start by grabbing your target. This is usually F on PC, but you can find the specific control at the bottom-right of your screen.
Once held, you can then perform an execution on your victim with the on-screen prompt, which is typically right-click on PC. After this, a series of inputs will appear on your HUD. Hit these inputs in the correct order to perform your execution. For example, if you see the inputs "1, 2, 4, 3", then hit those exact keys in the order shown.
Most executions can be performed this way. However, there are certain conditions that need to be met to perform different executions. These are as follows:
A Context Execution is slightly different than many of the others. To perform a Context Execution, start by grabbing your target as normal. From here, look out for a skull icon in your immediate surroundings. This indicates an area where you can use the environment to kill your target.
From here, drag your opponent over to the icon and then interact with it to perform a Context Execution. Pretty much all Context Executions can be done this way. However, certain ones also require you to reach a certain level of Stalk before you can use them.
Another thing to take note of when performing all your executions is that enemies can actually break out of your grab. When this occurs, a mini-game will appear on your HUD, and your goal is to hit the interact button to stop your cursor in the green zone. Doing so will prevent your opponent from breaking free.
