To find the Thunderstorm Thornblade, wait for the weather to change to Rainy or Thunderstorm in the Sea of Flowers. Once it turns, fast travel to the Sea of Flowers Bloom Stone and turn west. You’ll see a large broken tower on the hill just a few feet away. Circle around the tower, and you’ll find the Thunderstorm Thornblade leaning on the wall by the main entrance.
