You'll play through each of these dungeons during the introductory quest to Diablo 4 Season 15, and if you want to farm them again, you'll first have to reach Torment X. The dungeons will not appear in any other difficulty, so you'll have to work your way up the Torment levels to reach them.
Out of the three dungeons, Worldstone Keep tends to be more rewarding because of the mandatory fight agains the three Barbarian Ancients right before the entrance to the final dungeon. Each of these bosses has a decent chance of dropping the Runes you need to create Runeword items.
