The Bastian Quests do not reward variants of his outfit and cosmetics as the Geno Quests did. Instead, you will get the "MagicIsReal" Admin Panel code for Sprite Dust.
Talk to Bastian about countering Geno's threat with magic.
Bastian can be found at Stone Sanctuary.
Interact with him and select "Combatting Geno?" in his dialogue wheel.
Collect the crystal dropped by a defeated player.
Defeat any real player, and they will drop a crystal.
If you don't pick it up because you died, try the next match.
