The Witcher 3: Remastered doesn't feature hoods and cloaks as equippable cosmetics, but you can use mods to add these items to Geralt's wardrobe! Below, we'll cover the best hoods and cloaks mod, explain how to install it, and show you how to equip the new cosmetics in-game so you can walk around with a brand-new style.
These mods are only for PC, but you should check the Mods tab in The Witcher 3: Remastered main menu, as the mod may be updated for current-gen consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series X|S).
Four NPCs will now sell different hoods and cloaks:
Elihal's Workshop, Farcorners (Novigrad)
Once you have purchased a hood or cloak, head into your Inventory. You can now equip the hood/cloak from your Weapons tab, which will then replace your currently equipped Mask. Therefore, wearing a hood or cloak won't replace any armor pieces!
If you don't like how your cloak clips into the swords on your back, then install the Simply Hide Weapons mod by Heisenborgar.
