Sasuke Uchiha is one of the most powerful ninjas to ever exist in the world of shinobi. He stood shoulder to shoulder with Naruto Uzumaki as a legendary ninja and, in the Boruto era, was the face of the shinobi kind on Earth.
Unfortunately, as the story of Boruto continued, Sasuke lost quite a few of his powers. At the same time, the next generation of ninjas continues to gain powerful abilities of their own. In the new era that is currently being expanded upon, Sasuke has already been surpassed by quite a few powerful ninjas in exciting ways. While some have already left him in the dust, others are currently in the process of gaining newer abilities that will allow them to surpass the legendary Uchiha for good.
Himawari Uzumaki is the daughter of Naruto and one of the most powerful ninjas in the new age. In the first part of Boruto, Himawari did not get much attention. However, in Two Blue Vortex, Himawari has received the power of Kurama, making her the inheritor of the vast majority of Naruto's abilities. In fact, Himawari is a better user of Kurama than Naruto could ever have been, and this is because she is one with the Tailed Beast, both in terms of body and soul.
Himawari is not a Jinchuriki but a direct incarnation of the Ten-Tails, and that makes her incredibly special. This also means she can make better use of Kurama and has far more synergy with the Tailed Beast. Himawari was seen fighting against Jura in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, and that is something that Sasuke cannot even hope to do right now. While she is only a child, she has already reached an unprecedented level of strength and has surpassed the version of Sasuke without his Rinnegan.
Rock Lee is a powerful Jonin of Konoha who cannot use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. He relies primarily on Taijutsu in battle, and by practicing this art relentlessly, he has officially surpassed Sasuke.
By adulthood, Rock Lee is a master of all Eight Inner Gates, and it is stated that he surpassed even Might Guy as a ninja. Now that Sasuke has lost access to the Rinnegan and Six Paths Powers, Rock Lee, with his Seventh and Eighth Gates, is more than a match for Sasuke. In fact, at his pinnacle with the Eighth Gate of Death, Lee has surpassed Sasuke, and he can output far more power than Sasuke, which makes him a stronger ninja overall.
Sasuke's very own daughter, Sarada Uchiha, has also surpassed him by this point in the Boruto series. Sarada Uchiha has inherited Sasuke's strong chakra and has access to the Sharingan as well. In Two Blue Vortex, Sarada has also awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan, which has given her the ability of Ohirume. With the power of Ohirume, Sarada can create up to four black holes strong enough to crush all her enemies.
With this ability, Sarada becomes one of the most powerful users of the Mangekyo Sharingan, and her overall ocular abilities are far greater than Sasuke's own. Right now, Sarada is already powerful enough to crush Otsutsuki-level ninjas, which is something that Sasuke cannot do. In other words, Sarada Uchiha has already surpassed him as a ninja. What's even more surprising is that she hasn't fully matured as a Shinobi just yet. Sarada still has another Mangekyo ability to unlock and, above all, gain the power of the Susanoo. When she awakens all these powers, she will have left her own father in the dust.
