Romancing Anca involves helping her through a series of personal quests in The Blood of Dawnwalker. It will take a lot of time and the quests will force you to make some choices. Although there are no set relationships in The Blood of Dawnwalker, you can have some intimate moments with certain characters. Here's the list of quests where you can interact with Anca:
Romancing Anca starts in the prologue when Coen visits her to grab medicine for his mom. You can decide to stay with her to study Latin and sacrifice two hours to complete the Page Turner quest. Insist on reading the red book if you want more interesting dialogue options.
Later on, a tree falls on her shed where she keeps all the herbs. Collect all of them and give them back to have another moment with her. Coen helps Anca clean the wound on her back, and the quest is complete.
Although this scene is somewhat romantic, it's not necessary to begin the path to romancing Anca in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
You get the Echoes of Silenced Bells quest right after clearing the debris blocking the village entrance. However, it's very far away from your current location and requires a much higher level to complete. So, explore a bit and level up before meeting with Anca in the abandoned inn.
Not much romance happens in this quest, but you must complete it to trigger the one after it. The choice you make at the end of this quest doesn't affect your relationship with Anca too much, but it does affect a small section of the epilogue. Letting Anca complete the ritual will make her feel better, and burning the papers makes her mad for a bit before she gets over it.
