When you first begin St. Amelia Medical Center as Zoe in Silent Hill: Townfall, you will be asked by a doctor on the loudspeaker to check the patient's vitals. You can do this by interacting with the monitors that surround the bed and selecting the "respond" option.
However, while each monitor has vitals on them, only some are the correct answers. Getting an answer wrong will result in Zoe taking damage, which can eventually lead to your death if you answer incorrectly too many times.
First, the doctor will ask you to check the patient's blood pressure. The monitor with the correct blood pressure reading (which is around 70/40) is the second from right, when facing away from the X-Ray display system and loudspeaker.
Interact with the monitor and navigate to the Systolic and Diastolic (green numbers) readings on the left-hand side.
Keep in mind that the exact numbers of these readings can fluctuate, meaning your monitors may look a little different than mine. However, the answers to this puzzle remain the same.
