During Wine Wars: Belgaard, you will have agreed to help out Matilda, who sends you on a quest to complete 5 tasks at the Vermentino Vineyard. Thankfully, these tasks don't involve the winemaking process, but they do involve a Witcher's need for a silver sword. Below, you'll find each of the tasks you must complete, including the more important secret one that unlocks the secret ending to Wine Wars: Belgaard in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine.
There are 5 problems at the Vermentino Vineyard, and these are all found northwest of the Corvo Bianco Vineyard. We'll start with the most important of Vermentino's problems, which will help you get the secret Deus in the Machina quest:
Head northeast of Sansretour Valley and you will find two Archespores that you need to slay. There's a corpse here that you can examine and loot, and you'll get the Letter on Elegant Stationery and the Heavy Brass Key. Pick both of them up, and make sure to read the letter, as it will open an optional objective to investigate Coronata.
If you've already completed Wine Wars: Coronata and found the Letter on Elegant Stationery, then you will have Wine Wars: Deus in the Machina to complete.
Head southwest of the Prophet Lebioda Statue and you'll find a small building with three Rotfiends. Kill these enemies, and then loot the dead body to find Augustin Tonnelliay's Journal, which starts the "Don't Take Candy from a Stranger" treasure hunt, but this is its own thing and won't be relevant to this Wine Wars quest.
Go northeast of Fort Astre Ruins to find the Dantan Glade, which is swarming with two Archespores. You need to kill these enemies, and like every other Abandoned Site, Geralt will begin meditating. There's also a corpse here with a Letter from Augustin Tonneliay, but it serves no purpose.
Head west at the Herbalist's Hut to find Matlida's Armorer, an NPC vendor who has been kidnapped by three bandits. You need to kill them and then escort the Armorer back to Vermentino (or don't; it doesn't impact the quest or his fate).
South of Lac Celavy is the Pavone Slope, where you will find a single Archespore. You need to kill it to liberate the area, where Geralt will begin meditating again. You'll also find the Letter to a Lover on a corpse in a wagon, but that has no relevance to this quest, nor any quest, for that matter.
