The clue was in the name really, wasn’t it?
Crazy Taxi: World Tour is officially going global, as the new PS5 game makes a stop in Germany, the first of a series of international announcements planned for the reboot.
While the original San Francisco map has been the focus of the marketing thus far, this new location will add in the infamous autobahn, Bavarian architecture, and Puma stores.
It’ll be interesting to see which other locations make up the final campaign.
I was chatting about this with my colleagues earlier in the year, and we reckon London is a lock with its iconic black cabs. We’re also expecting Tokyo given the origins of the game.
But where else? Paris, maybe? Bangkok with Tuk-Tuks? It must have been fun for the team brainstorming the locations at the beginning of development.
