After completing St. Amelia Medical Center in Silent Hill: Townfall, players will return to play as Simon in a different version of the Medical Center, called Medical Centre - Different. This level takes place in the Otherworld and involves finding blood bags and solving puzzles.
The hardest part about the Otherworld Medical Centre is the new enemy type that can't be killed. This large enemy lurks in the shadows and patrols the hallways, making stealth essential to success.

When you first enter the Medical Centre in the Otherworld, you'll encounter a sealed door surrounded by a handful of machines with blood bags. However, after inspecting these machines, you will notice that there are a good number of blood bags missing.
Before continuing, grab the map from the main desk in the room with all the blood bag machines.
In order to open the sealed door, players need to find all the blood bags. Luckily, there is one blood bag nearby. Enter the room on the right side of the map and enter the vent in the back.
Proceed through the vent to enter the adjacent room (which has a door that is locked from the outside) and grab the first blood bag off the IV Pole.
Next, you want to take the Alan Duncan Blood Bag you just found and place it on the machine next to the door with "S.W." above it.
