Rayman Legends Retold is going all-out to earn your purchase this busy holiday season – and that includes a proper physical PS5 release.
While the remake – which also includes a copy of Rayman Origins Enhanced – may have been delayed until 3rd December, publisher Ubisoft has revealed its physical launch edition, which includes some bonuses in the Blu-ray box.
That includes the full game, a Glade of Dreams map poster, and three lithographs, which you can pin to your wall or a memo board. You also get a couple of bonus costumes to boot.
I really miss physical games coming with little bonuses like this, and I’m not entirely sure why publishers stopped including them.
I understand including extra items adds slightly to the overall cost, but it also builds brand loyalty in my opinion. Who doesn’t like getting a sheet of stickers or a little booklet with their game?
It’s worth adding that this remake will only cost $39.99 as well, so this is a really great value bundle when you account for the two games and physical bonuses.
Sony looks unwilling to relent on its decision to cease manufacturing discs in 2028, but you can at least show your appreciation to Ubisoft by pre-ordering this.
